"One small issue with the Velcro strap..."
There's just this one little problem: the Velcro strap meant to secure the main door is stitched on the wrong corner. It's a bit of a hassle, but overall, it's not a dealbreaker.

"Definitely a thumbs up"
Fantastic support from the team. They included some extra items in my large order since it was backordered. Delivery was pretty fast. Just a heads up, if you prefer discreet packaging, let them know because the box isn’t exactly low-key—this was my only feedback, but everything else was awesome. The product itself is of excellent quality and super simple to assemble.

"Not Impressed."
They really don’t have their items in stock. Paid $600 for $300 worth of hrow gear, and they couldn’t even get it shipped in under three days... No clue where my stuff ended up.

I got the 4x4 kit and so far, it's been great. It assembled nicely, and everything feels solid and well-made. The customer service was spot on and fast during the ordering process and any extras I needed. They answered my other questions in no time. I truly believe I got my money's worth with this buy.

"Never buying from Piverto again!"
I’m done with Piverto for good! I bought a 4 x 4 grow tent and let me tell ya, four fans have already failed, including the exhaust fan. The tent itself had holes, and the drip pan's Velcro was all torn up. It’s been three weeks now, and I’m still waiting for my 4 inch exhaust fan to show up. What a hassle!

"Awesome item, Canpar is terrible"
Awesome item. I'm pleased with all I've received.

But seriously, avoid using Canpar for shipping. They are awful. No tracking info. Always delayed. I’d rather spend extra on a different delivery service.

5 stars if it weren't for Canpar.

"Great for Beginners"
If you're a newbie grower, this place might be for you. I got the complete set, but it showed up missing a vent pipe. Instead of the fancy hygrometer they promised, I received a cheaper model. Plus, the tent had a tear that they didn’t fix. On the bright side, when my fan broke after my first grow, they sent a replacement super fast, so that’s a win. However, after my initial grow, I tried to order some parts, including that vent pipe, but it’s been four months and still no luck. I’m only placing orders because I have a local shop.

"Updated Feedback"
I've previously rated this company four out of five stars because my kit was missing a vent pipe, which wasn't part of the package. As I noted in my earlier review, their customer service is top-notch and the delivery was speedy. I'm now giving this second review a full five stars thanks to their outstanding support. I had a fan that was acting up, turning on and off randomly (not their fault), and after I showed them the issue, they promptly sent me a replacement fan in the mail.

"Quality Gear, But Soil Shortage!"
The gear is solid! Just a heads up, you gotta refresh the soil and nutrients for a four-plant setup. They don’t provide enough soil for that! According to the guidelines, you need six bags, but they only send four. Customer service was pretty helpful, offering a 25% discount on two extra bags, but with shipping costs, it was actually cheaper for me to grab some dirt locally to fill the gap.
